COTY ASIA has been developping very quickly in he past years and is planning to triple its business in Asia in the coming 5 years. In order to organize this build up in its MASS MARKET Division based mainly on 2 major brands ADIDAS and RIMMEL, COTY is now looking for its :SALES DIRECTOR CHINA (based in the premises of COTY CHINA in Shanghai)

The Coty Beauty brand portfolio is more widely distributed and includes designer brands (Esprit, Miss Sixty and Pierre Cardin), celebrity brands (Celine Dion, David and Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Isabella Rossellini, Mary-Kate and Ashley and Shania Twain and lifestyle brands (Adidas, Aspen, Astor, Chupa Chups, Exclamation, Jovan, Miss Sporty, Rimmel, Stetson and Vanilla Fields).

OBJECTIVES and RESPONSABILITIES

Under the supervision of the General Manager Export based in Singapore

- Development, supervision and control of our agent network importing & distributing our toiletries, cosmetics and fragrances brands in your territory
- Develop and implement a powerful marketing strategy for each of our brands in connection with current and potential partners
- Key Account trade marketing (WATSONS, CARREFOUR, WALMART, etc.) with our local distributors developing sales action plans and margins
- Sales, Marketing, Financial coordination with Asia and Worldwide headquarters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- you have minimum 10 years experience in Sales Management for important FMCG or mass market oriented beauty brands including at least some years in China, experience in Anglo-Saxon market like USA, UK, etc. is a plus
- you are a born business developer with a clear strategic vision
- you are willing to grow together with our high potential business in the region
- you are pragmatic with a special talent to build strong ties with others.
