Lacoste has more than 925 Lacoste boutiques and more than 2000 corners operating over the world. Devanlay / Lacoste has developed its presence over China: we now have 121 points of sales over China with flagships stores in Shanghai and Beijing.
In order to develop our position over the Chinese territory, we are currently looking for our: WHOLESALE MANAGER.
You would be based in our headquarters located in Shanghai.

Your missions will be:

Main tasks:
ÿ Execute sales target and expense budget
ÿ Execute market development plan
ÿ Department building and improvement

Principle Objectives:
ÿ Fulfill the company profit target on franchise business
ÿ Maintain and improve the operation of franchisee network
ÿ Improve the brand image via the quality improvement of franchise partners and POS locations

Major Responsibilities:
ÿ In charge of the business development and operation of Lacoste in China franchise market
ÿ Formulate & control the sales target & expense budget of China franchise business
ÿ Evaluate and authorize franchisees, be responsible for new important POS selection and negotiation
ÿ Formulate and execute the buying plan and new shop opening plan, coordinating of work with merchandise and production team, participate in the merchandises development, production selection, pricing, marketing promotion & PR plan
ÿ Lead marketing development team to explore, manage, train and support the franchise business, evaluate and control the operation of business network, make adjustment when necessary
ÿ Lead project team, check and supervise the shop design and construction process, improve and upgrade the brand image
ÿ Organize the order taking conference each season of the year

Your profile:
- At least 5-8 years of marketing executive management experience in fashion industry
- Good knowledge of experiences of distribution network
- Fluent English and Mandarin a must
- Good analytical computer skills and numerical sense
- University graduate
- Strong communication and management skill, good sense of relationship
- Creative, open minded, self-confident and can work under pressure
- Handle difficult and tense situations with diplomacy and tact
